I just noticed with my health since this year I am bit sickly. I am not sure, if this is because I am getting older or weather changing from time to time. I can't help but to accept the thought that I am not young of age any longer. few more years I will rich the golden age of my life. I think I need to have a regular exercise but with our situation in the house now, I doubt if I can do it. I tried to look for some possible time to go jogging but seem my free time will be in the middle of the day and I don't want to jog under the heat of the sun. Most of our kids needs some attention when they are at home. We need to keep an eye with them from time to time. But I wouldn't like to ignore my physical body's need. Hope I can do a jog even three time a week. I think this will be enough for now.
My wife sometime, suggest to take vitamins for supplementary but I don't want my body to be immune with drugs at all. I believe eating nutritious food with a regular exercise is best remedy to having a good and healthy body.
